Roby P. Joyce, MD, FCAP, FASCP is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. His special interest is in GI pathology. Many years ago, Dr. Joyce became interested in GI Pathology as a subspecialty and decided to focus his Continuing Medical Education in GI Pathology. Dr. Joyce is also a board-certified Neurologist. During his pathology residency he received extensive additional training in Neuropathology. During his assignment to Brooke Army Medical Center he served as Chief of Clinical Pathology and Director of Residency Training. His Curriculum Vitae includes numerous scientific publications. Dr. Joyce has over 30 years experience in pathology.
Patricia G. Jeffreys, MD, FCAP is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She is also a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists. Dr. Jeffreys is CAP-certified in Breast Prognostic Indicators, and works with clinicians to ensure the patients are receiving the best care for their diagnosis. In addition, she is knowledgeable in the area of Pulmonary Pathology and she has a special interest in GI Pathology. During her years at Brooke Army Medical Center she presented the pathology findings for cases at the monthly multi-discipline pulmonary conference. Dr. Jeffreys is an excellent general pathologist with over 26 years of experience.
Peggy N. Stoll, MD, FCAP is a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. In addition, Dr. Stoll is board-certified in Hematopathology. She is an expert in the highly sophisticated and rapidly evolving fields of Bone Marrow Pathology, Blood Disorders (e.g. Leukemias and Anemia), and disorders of Lymph Nodes. She is knowledgeable in the clinical application of four highly sophisticated areas of pathology testing: Flow Cytometry, Molecular Pathology, Cytogenetics, and Immunohistochemical stains. She is also an excellent and knowledgeable general pathologist with over 25 years experience.
Howard G. Weisbrod, MD, FCAP is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists. Dr. Weisbrod also holds specialty board-certification in Cytopathology. Dr. Weisbrod has a special interest and expertise in the field of Gynecological Pathology and Liver Pathology. As an experienced general Pathologist and Cytopathologist before joining Precision Pathology Services, Dr. Weisbrod completed a career in the US Army Medical Corps. While stationed at Brooke Army Medical Center, Dr. Weisbrod was actively involved in training pathology Residents. He has over 27 years of pathology experience.
Lilia Wojcik, MD, FCAP is board-certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. She received her training at UT Medical School at Houston with clinical experience from MD Anderson Hospital and Cancer Center, Herman Hospital and Saint Luke’s Hospital/Texas Heart Institute. Dr. Wojcik has a special interest and expertise in Gynecologic Pathology, Breast Pathology, and Endocrine Pathology. She has more than 20 years experience in surgical pathology in addition to her previous OB/GYN, Pediatric Surgery, and Vascular Surgery experience.
James Humphreys, MD, FCAP is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. Dr Humphreys graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and has a special interest in GI Pathology and also completed a fellowship in Forensic Pathology. Dr. Humphreys is also ThinPrep-certified with a special interest in OBGYN Pathology. He is an active member of both the Texas Medical Association and the Bexar County Medical Society serving on several committees within the two organizations.
Linda Hausenfluke, MD, FCAP, FASCP is board-certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She is also a Fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a Fellow of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Dr. Hausenfluke is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and is ThinPrep-certified. She has a special interest in Breast Pathology and completed a Surgical Pathology Fellowship in 1997.
Shelly Gunn, MD, PhD, FCAP is a board-certified pathologist specializing in Genomic Pathology. Dr. Gunn serves as Director of the Genomic Pathology section of Precision Pathology Services. She graduated from the UTHSCSA Medical School with a combined MD/PhD degree and completed her clinical pathology residency training at University Hospital in San Antonio. Through her multiple peer reviewed publications and speaking engagements throughout the United States, Dr. Gunn has established a reputation as an expert in the field of breast cancer molecular pathology. Dr. Gunn’s research has appeared in numerous scientific publications including Leukemia, Journal of Molecular Diagnostics and Modern Pathology. After serving as an assistant professor in the UTHSCSA Department of Pathology she joined Combimatrix Molecular Diagnostic Inc. in Irvine, California as Medical Director from 2006 to 2012.
Lorine LaGatta, MD, FCAP is a board-certified Anatomic Pathologist, and Fellow of the College of American Pathologists. Prior to joining Precision Pathology Services, she was Medical Director for LabCorp Women’s Center of Excellence in San Antonio, Texas. A former Army Pathologist, she served as Medical Director for Cytology and Blood Bank at Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas and completed a Pediatrics Internship and Pathology Residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. An Ohio native, she graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in 1999, and received the Alice Paige Cleveland Prize for Outstanding Leadership. Dr. LaGatta participates in the College of American Pathologist’s Maintenance of Certification program and is ThinPrep-certified. Her pathology interests include Women’s Heath, Placental Pathology, and Dermatopathology.
Mark Lincoln, MD is board-certified in Anatomic, Clinical, and Dermatopathology. Dr. Lincoln completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Los Angeles and his Master of Science at Georgetown University School of Medicine.
Dr. Lincoln received his Doctor of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, School of Medicine and then completed a pathology residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Further professional work includes completing a Fellowship in Dermatopathology at the University of California, Los Angeles.
