Marketing Representatives
Vicki Goebel is our Director of Marketing. She has been working in marketing physician practices and home infusion services since 1989. She has joined Precision Pathology Services to assist all the accounts making sure their needs are met. Her goal is to make sure the customer is taken care of and the Spirit of Excellence shines through.
Vicki is actively involved as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life and the Cattle Baron's Gala.
TJ Dolotina comes to Precision Pathology Services with sales and marketing experience beginning in 1997. In 1979, He started out as a Pharmacy Technician in the USAF, specializing in intravenous infusion compounding. In 1988 he entered into the home infusion field, which is part of the home health industry. Over the years, he progressed into customer service, purchasing, materials management, operations management and eventually; sales and marketing. Excellence in customer service is a top priority for TJ and working for a company whose motto is “A Spirit of Excellence” fits perfectly with his work ethic.
TJ is a devout family man and has also been active in various community initiatives, such as The American Cancer Society’s “Relay for Life”. His hobbies and interests include being the lead vocalist in a local San Antonio classic rock band, expanding his interest in the culinary arts and camping.

Susan Cario joined the Precision Pathology team with experience in sales and marketing since 1996, when she opened her own home health agency. She sold the agency in 1999 and moved to long-term care sales for ten years, before returning to home health. Additionally, she was an MLT (ASCP) for ten years, and became an RN in 1994. This rich background gives her unique insights to her approach in marketing.
Susan likes to stay active, volunteering for the Cattle Baron's Gala and keeping up with her two boys' sports and school activities.
